Sizing
Masks
Masks are one size, and include a flexible nose wire and adjustable ear loops to create a custom fit.
When laid flat, masks measure roughly 7” wide and 5.5” high.
Bandanas
Our bandanas come in two sizes: Small / Medium and Medium / Large. To find your dog’s most comfortable fit, loosely measure their neck at its widest point.
Small / Medium measures 22” x 7.5”
Medium / Large measures 33” x 11.75”
Modifying / Canceling Orders
If you need to modify or cancel an order – including any shipping address corrections, etc., please email us at hello@getmuttly.com, and include your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation email) as soon as possible, as we are unable to modify orders once they have been processed.
Shipping
How will my order ship?
Orders ship from Los Angeles, California, and typically take 2-3 business days to process, unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email, with tracking information, when your order ships.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for delays of packages by the carrier. Buyers will be responsible for all local duties, taxes, and advancement fees at delivery in countries, if and where applicable.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags, where applicable), within 30 days of receiving them, in exchange for store credit. We will provide you with a return label.
Please note that some items, including mask and bandana sets, are final sale.
